Our Story
Three decades of supporting students
The Grande Prairie & District Education Foundation was established in 1995 with a clear purpose: to ensure every student has the opportunity to succeed, regardless of the barriers they may face.
For over three decades, we have worked alongside schools, families, donors, and community partners to support students across our region. Our mission is simple yet impactful — to support students by removing barriers to learning and providing resources, nourishment, and opportunities that help them succeed.
